​Due to the limitations of the website, please follow these guidlines for booking services:

• Add one appointment to your cart at a time. If multiple services are added at once, the booking system considers this a single appointment and will not schedule them as consecutive days.

• For all boardings, please select the option with the number of nights your dog will stay, then choose a 15 minute time you intend for your pet to be picked up/dropped off to begin the boarding. 

• Day visits are a flat rate for the day.  Please select a 15 minute window for drop off/pick up as the time you are scheduling.  Then, as with boarding, make a separate selection of a 15 minute window for the end of your dog's stay.

• These 15 minute windows are due to website scheduling, not an absolute timeframe.

• When checking out simply write a note of the time span or group of dates you are booking and we will confirm these details with you.​
